Welcome to Hangar Hangout, BCAC’s Youth Engagement Committee's aviation and aerospace community initiative! Here you’ll have an opportunity to connect and converse with fellow aviation enthusiasts and professionals in the BC aviation and aerospace community.

Join us for our in-person, casual get-together. BCAC's intention is to create an inclusive, friendly, and inviting environment for everyone to meet new people, socialize, and connect with like-minded people. Open to everyone, young and old..

Please RSVP using the ticket purchase option as we have a capacity limit for safety reasons. Important! And consider a Voluntary Donation to our Youth Program. Tax receipts will be provided.

Important Instructions:

Directions: The Public Observation Area is located on Level 4 of the pre-security public area in the Domestic Terminal. When you get inside the domestic main terminal, walk south and past the domestic check-in counters, following the signs to the "Observation Area", which is also near the "Food Island Court". You can then simply go up the escalators towards the Observation Area. If you have any questions, please ask any of the guest experience staff.

(Please do not confuse this with the YVR Viewing Platform at the South Terminal)

Transportation: We recommend taking public transit to the YVR Airport Sky Train station as parking can be expensive. Please refer to the latest parking information at YVR: https://www.yvr.ca/en/passengers/parking-yvr/faq
