Welcome to Hangar Hangout, BCAC’s Youth Engagement Committee's aviation and aerospace community initiative! Here you’ll have an opportunity to connect and converse with fellow aviation enthusiasts and professionals in the BC aviation and aerospace community.

Join us on Thursday, May 16th from 5:15pm – 7:30pm for our in-person, casual get-together. BCAC's intention is to create an inclusive, friendly, and inviting environment for everyone to meet new people, socialize, and connect with like-minded people.

Please RSVP using the ticket purchase option as we have a capacity limit of 120 people.

PLEASE NOTE: 

All attendees must first meet at the Graham Clarke Atrium at YVR as a gathering point from which Aman, our amazing Hangar Hangout host, will guide everyone to the Sea-to-Sky Room. 

To reach the Graham Clarke Atrium: 
If you're traveling to YVR via Skytrain, turn left after getting off at the YVR Skytrain station (towards the Domestic Departures). Then take one set of escalators down to the Graham Clarke Atrium. 

Please do not hesitate to email Aman regarding directions. Alternatively, you can ask any YVR Help Desk employee for directions to the Graham Clarke Atrium.

Note: Please try to join the event by 5:15 PM or earlier so that Aman can guide you into the Sea-to-Sky event room.
