Shane has worked a variety of field, supervisory and management positions within Paladin since 2010, including Security Officer, Field Manager, Branch Manager, Director of Operations and Vice President before becoming Executive Vice President in 2020. Building off of our experience at Ottawa MacDonald-Cartier International Airport (YOW) and Toronto Pierson International Airport (YXZ), Shane has led our local expansion into Prince George International Airport (YXS) and Kamloops Airport (YKA) in 2018.
Prior to joining Paladin Security, Shane completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology at Simon Fraser University and graduated with distinction, becoming an inducted Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Shane also graduated with an additional three-year Extended-Minor Degree in English from Simon Fraser University. Shane is a certified Alternate Company Security Officer (ACSO), a member of Building Owner and Managers Association (BOMA) and several Chambers of Commerce throughout British Columbia. As a member of the America Society for Industrial Securtiy, Shane is studying to complete his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation and maintains an active Security License.
