Back and Bevington Air Safety Award BC Wildfire Service
Presented annually for the most significant contribution to Air Safety in the Province of British Columbia.
BCAC Environmental Award YVR Sustainability Initiatives including Net Zero Carbon 2030
The BCAC Environmental Award is given annually within the B.C. aviation industry for an outstanding environmental initiative, program or accomplishment in one or more areas of protection, rejuvenation, conservation and awareness
Robert Hope Pursuit of Excellence AME Award Curtis Newby, Remote Community Instructor, Northern Lights College
This is awarded to an AME who upholds the highest standards of the profession.
Robert S. Day Award Doby Dobrostanski, Founder, Texada Island Youth Aerospace Camp
This trophy is awarded annually in recognition of outstanding excellence, contribution, and leadership of an individual or organization for the promotion and development of aviation in British Columbia, in keeping with the objectives of the BCAC. The individual or organization is to be BC-based with a recognizable contribution to BC.
William Templeton Airport Award Alberni Valley Regional Airport
The William Templeton Airport Award is awarded annually for outstanding initiative and achievement in the successful development of a community airport, regional airport, heliport or floatplane landing facility by an individual, association, municipal government or company.
Lifetime Achievement Award Doug McCrea, Central Mountain Air
The BCAC Lifetime Achievement Award in Aviation is presented in recognition of outstanding leadership, promotion and consistent contribution to the continuous development of aviation in the Province of British Columbia, with those accomplishments standing the test of time.
